Aminunisa-Mufti

Mrs. Mufti began her journey into the healthcare field in Pakistan, where she received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Medicine in 1981.  These degrees are equivalent to becoming a medical doctor in the United States.  When Mrs. Mufti moved to the United States, she took post-graduate coursework at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Brunswick, NJ.  She then attended the Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Trevose, PA and obtained her degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.  Mrs. Mufti currently holds registries in Abdomen, OB/GYN, Breast, and Vascular Technology with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.  She has assisted in the development of questions for the breast ultrasound examination.  Teaching at the Sanford-Brown Ultrasound Diagnostic School for fourteen years, she enjoyed sharing her knowledge of the amazing field of Sonography with many students.   Mrs. Mufti is currently the Program Director for Allied Health Academy.
